You may think that you’ve exhausted scrapbooking about your favorite people, places or things, but today Neela Nalam is here to inspire us to take a new approach on documenting the things that we are most thankful for, by using the November extras and Family Fun collection! Let’s take a look.
November is the month to give thanks and appreciate the things in life that you take for granted. I have documented the fact that we go on our walks to the ocean often before, but it is never enough. I used the Giving Thanks Puffy Stickers as the inspiration to create this layout, which uses a large photo. I love creating layouts like these and often use this technique.

Before printing my large photo, I typed my journaling onto it in my photo editing software. It is great to use white space for this, so be sure to look for photos with with plenty of white space for this technique. I used the “giving thanks” phrase as the title which I placed directly on the photo above my journaling. I also placed the “so blessed” phrase from the Family Fun Puffy Stickers under the title. Below the journaling I placed the “feeling so very blessed” tag from the Family Fun Word Labels and the circle puffy sticker included in the Giving Thanks Puffy Stickers.
At the bottom of the layout, I used a November Label, Dated Stamp and the Days of the Week Stamp to add the date. I love the bold statement this makes and how the date fits perfectly into this label. I also added strips of paper from the Family Fun 12″ x 12″ Paper Collection at the top and bottom of the photo and also framed the layout with the colorful chevron paper from the same collection.
I then finished the layout by adding stars and plus sign puffy stickers from the Family Fun and Giving Thanks Puffy Stickers. I hope you enjoyed this layout!
