Hello crafty friends, my name is Andrea and you might know me better as retrohipmama. This is my very first post as an Elle’s Studio design team member and I couldn’t be more excited to share what I’ve created with the amazing January exclusive kit and extras! Elle’s Studio products are so versatile and I’m just crazy in love with everything! Working with ES product makes creating layouts and pockets super fun and easy!
To create this layout, I started with my photos and determined what colors I had to work with: pink, red blue and yellow. I grabbed some Elle’s Studio journaling tags featuring those colors, deciding what I wanted where, and how to spread all of the colors around evenly.

I love adding small embellishments to cards to give them just a bit of pop. Here I wrote simple journaling, stamped “important” from the All My Heart Stamp and added a star from the XO Stickers.
The striped FACTS card from the January Exclusive Kit could have been used for journaling, but I added a 2″ x 2″ photo with a small amount of journaling under it. Adhering a label from the Little Moments Blank Labels onto the “YES” card adds more depth to the story and a pop of color to the card!
Sometimes all you need is a simple heart and other times there’s enough room to make your own stamped title on a card, like I did on the “&” card, using the Malia Lowercase Alphabet Stamp and Dated Stamp.
