Digital die cuts and printables are a great addition to our monthly kit, and can be used over and over again in different ways to add interest and amazing elements to your project! Melissa Mann is here with us today to share just how well these products coordinate with our physical products and how you can use them in really creative ways! Let’s take a look!

Good morning, friends! This is Melissa with you here to share a brand new project created with my leftover bits and pieces of my September monthly kit and add-ons and the September DIGITAL products!

supplies | September 2019 Kit, September 2019 Digital Cut File, September Print and Cut Labels, Autumn Tiny Everyday Label Stickers, Good Times Stamp, Title Builder Vol. 3 Stamp, Title Builder Vol. 2 Stamp, Home Sweet Home 6 x 6 Paper Stack, Noteworthy Bits and Pieces, Noteworthy 12″ x 12″ Paper Collection

I knew right away that I wanted to use the September Print and Cut Labels and that fabulous “LIFE” die cut from the September 2019 Digital Cut File. I also had a couple of pieces of the heart background die cut that I had saved from one of my previous projects, and decided to use them up to create a border on my project.

To begin, I printed a brand new sheet of the September Print and Cut Labels without lines. I knew I was going to use these with some heavy duty stamping to create a vertical row of embellishments down my layout. Once I printed the PDF page, I used various words and phrases from the Good Times, Title Builder Vol. 2 and Title Builder Vol. 3 Stamps to add to my labels. I used only black ink to really give it a punch and make sure it stood out on my project.

Once I had all of the labels stamped, I cut them out and layered them down the length of my page where I had already stitched down the pieces of the kraft card stock and patterned paper strips from the Home Sweet Home 6 x 6 Paper Stack. I stitched the labels down and then layered a few Autumn Tiny Everyday Label Stickers on top.

Because the labels created such a strong graphic element to my project, I needed my title to stand out, but not create another strong element. I decided to die cut the word “life” using the September 2019 Digital Cut File and add the dashes around the edge of the word using a black pen.

I really loved how this layout came together! One of the best things about the monthly digital elements is that they can be used OVER and OVER again in so many different ways. These digital files can be used on layouts, cards, mini books, or daily documentation. I hope you are enjoying your September kits, and you’ll add digitals to the physical products to create something amazing today! Thanks for stopping by!
