Elle’s Studio’s monthly kits and extras always offer such a great combination of seasonal and everyday themes that you can use them to scrapbook practically any story you’re looking to document! Even though there are lots of summer themes in the latest release, when I saw June 2019 Kit’s lively sentiments and pops of orange, the new green shades of puffy alphabet stickers, and the Wood Veneer Stars, I was inspired to print some sunny fall photos from a day at my favorite annual pumpkin festival and create a layout.

After printing and laying out six square photos onto a white cardstock background, I set to creating my page’s title with the amazing Large Jane Alphabet Stamp sets.
To create my title, I stamped the letters with black ink using the Large Jane Outline Alphabet Stamps and then used orange, green, blue, and purple inks to fill in the letters with the Large Jane Alphabet Solid Stamps. I used ink that was a shade darker of each color to add the finishing touch of stamping with the new Large Jane Alphabet Star Stamps. The brand new star pattern takes this versatile series of alphabet stamps to the next level, and the corresponding number sets in each style helped me add the year “2018” and an exclamation mark to complete a bold title that stretches across the entire page.
I fussy cut the letters with precision scissors and adhered them to my layout, but if I had a manual diecut machine, I’d have taken advantage of the amazing Large Jane Alphabet and Number Metal Dies.
I love how the tags in the kit always prompt me to create lists for my journaling on pages! I used the new Green and Lime Green Puffy Alphabet Stickers to fill up this fun orange tag from the June Kit with words describing what we did and ate that day at the Pumpkin Show.
To finish off the layout, I created a vertical band of scattered embellishments above and below the journaling tag and the title, pulling bits and pieces from the June Kit die cuts, Summer Puffy Stickers, Summer Phrase Stickers and the Wood Veneer Stars, which I backed with pieces of another tag from the kit.
Even though a kit may seem seasonal at first glance, the colors and themes are versatile enough for your memories year-round! Thanks for taking a look!
