This week’s Project Life covers the week of March 10-16th.
This week, I decided to add more “extra found items” into my spread. My regular “go to” are my photos, which I love, but there is also something special about these bits and pieces of life scattered in the album.
I added packaging from a new candle, packaging from the Frozen DVD (which pretty much feels like the theme of our winter!), and packaging from Girl Scout Thin Mints. The colors here went with my green, blue and turquoise theme.
I had to document my son’s appointment with the allergist. We had to do some testing to find out if he was allergic to shellfish or not. He talked about Shrimp all week. When he found out he was NOT allergic he was jumping up and down in the doctors office– you would have thought someone told him he wasn’t allergic to candy.
I highlighted this by using alpha letters that spelled “shrimp” and arranging them in a pocket alone. I used adhesive on the back of the letters and used a pencil to help arrange the letters in place, beginning with the last letter. I also stapled two of the letters into place.
We want to feature your Project Life album! During the last week of each month we will be featuring a couple Project Life spreads that caught our eye in the Member Gallery. We will be posting Project Life spreads on our blog tomorrow! If your spread is featured we will be sending you a $5 gift card to use in our store. Good Luck!
