I just had to post a picture of these yummy cookies my dad made from scratch!
He surprised us with a batch of “birds nest” cookies! They are sugar cookies he baked, then two minutes before they were done he pulled them out and put the colored marshmallows on top. Then he stuck them back in the oven to finish cooking for two minutes (no longer, they’ll burn!). After they were completely cooled, he made some frosting and frosted around the marshmallows to create a “nest”!
So cute and soooo yummy! Thanks Dad!!
