School is out in a couple weeks around here, so we thought the perfect challenge for this month would be to make thank you gifts for teachers!
Daniela has spoiled us this month and really inspired us to go beyond the simple gifts that I tend to lean towards making – she has made a sweet thank you card, along with earrings and a decorative pillow sachet! Check it out:
For the card she used our A Sweet Summer Mini Papers for the background and Triple Scalloped Large Journaling Circle Tag for the sentiment and the flower. The flower is made from sewing pattern tissue paper – love the rhinestone center!
She used Triple Scalloped Large Journaling Circle Tag to display the earrings. Then, she stamped A Sweet Summer Stamp on the edge, tied ribbon and punched a hole for the earrings. And, she attached the tag to the bag with a decorative clip. So fun!!
And, did you see the brown paper sack the earring tag was on? Well… this was inside!
This cute little pillow! She made a decorative pillow sachet by stamping A Sweet Summer Stamp on fabric. Then, she sewed buttons to the centers and filled the pillow with Polyfill.

We will be doing these challenges every month, with the challenge starting on the 2nd of each month and you’ll have until the 25th to complete the challenge and post a link to a photo of it or email us a photo of it. Then, we’ll enter everyone that has completed our challenge into a drawing for a prize! We’ll also be featuring some of the entries in a “wrap-up” blog post on the 25th when we announce the winner! Make sure you keep your calendar marked for more challenges to come!
We are super excited to announce that we are in the very, VERY beginning stages of planning a journaling class that will be free and featured at our blog in a couple months. We thought since most of our items are journaling tags, and sometimes we even find ourselves struggling to tell the story, that this would be the perfect tutorial/class to feature at our blog!
As we were talking about things we’d like to include, we thought, why not ask you?! What do you find yourself struggling with? What topics would you like to see featured? Is it hard to find the right words to write down? Do you need prompts?
Whatever you need help with, or want more information about, please let us know! Email us at: info@shopellesstudio.com and tell us what you’d like to see featured in the tutorial/class. Although we won’t be able to feature every ones suggestions, this will definitely help us in narrowing down what is most needed.

Happy Memorial Day weekend 🙂 We hope everyone has a blast with their plans! We always get together with a family BBQ (this year it’s at my house!!) and this weekend is also my sisters birthday, so we get to celebrate that, too!

Our new digital and hybrid items are here! We’ve turned a ton of our older and out-of-print designs into digital downloads. The best part about our digital downloads is that, along with the .png files, they also include a .pdf file! So, if you aren’t into digital scrapbooking and want to use these tags on your paper layouts, all you have to do is print them out! And, you can print out as many as you need, since the file is yours to keep forever!
There are also a couple of new digitals that are brand new designs – these designs just went straight to digital format and we haven’t sold them before as paper tags!
Don’t forget about our Print & Create hybrid kits! We added birthday banners for boys and girls, plus a patoritic banner that includes both “Let Freedom Ring” and “Happy 4th of July” so they’d be perfect for your Memorial Day parties and 4th of July celebrations! Our Print & Create kits are super easy to work with – just open the pdf files, print out, cut and glue!

Our design team did it again – their newest creations are live in the gallery and SO inspiring!
