Someone once said that the key to happiness is always having something to look forward to, and if you’re like me, I’m always looking forward to seeing what’s new in the Elle’s Studio shop each month! I always start off my pages by deciding what color scheme to go with. The Elle’s Studio kit always has a variety of color combos—there are always bright, warm colors but also cool, calming colors which I’ve chosen here for this page. I just love the blues and greens that go so nicely with my zoo pictures. Hopefully you already have a monthly kit subscription! If not, I highly recommend it just for the variety of tags you get!
For my title card, I used the Teal Jane Alphabet Cardstock Stickers. Seriously, one can never have enough alpha stickers. They make creating titles a breeze. I also used the Medium Hazel Stamp to make my title a bit longer to fill the space.
My favorite item this month is the Puffy Star Stickers! There are 72 puffy stars on this one sheet! In rainbow colors! I definitely will order more of these if they don’t sell out first! I used the cool-toned stars to add some pizazz to the center of my photo collage for a fun look.
If you want even more puffy sticker goodies, there’s also the Everyday Label Puffy Stickers. I used these to add phrases to my photos and draw the eye to them. And don’t forget that the Elle’s Studio Shop has lots of other items from previous releases that are also available! I used the Medium Hazel Stamp to add a list of animals my nephew wanted to make sure we saw at the zoo. Much easier to read than handwriting, and it balances the title at the top!
There are so many other goodies and extras and add-ons this month to make your creative time fun and enjoyable. This is just a small sampling of what I used. I hope you look forward to the 10th as much as I do! Happy scrapping!
