Less can certainly be MORE, and today Jen Chapin is sharing how she’s keeping her memory-keeping simple with the Family Fun collection! Let’s see what she created.
Hi everyone! Today on the blog I’m sharing an 8-1/2″ x 11″ layout I created with the Family Fun collection. I challenged myself to keep this layout very simple!
Supplies | Family Fun Bits and Pieces, Family Fun Puffy Stickers, Family Fun 12″ x 12″ Paper Collection
When I’m creating a layout, it’s second nature for me to layer up tons of tags and papers. For this page, I used a circle-shaped photo that I cut by hand out of a 4″ x 6″ print. I used two sheets of patterned paper from the Family Fun 12″ x 12″ Paper Collection to create my background. The black and white spotted paper is my favorite!
I added a title using the “good times” die cut from the Family Fun Bits and Pieces, and embellished with hearts from the Family Fun Puffy Stickers. I kept my journaling simple by using typed strips, which I adhered on the page underneath the photo.
Always remember that it is okay to keep things simple when you want to get your memories documented! Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Hope you are having a great week so far!
