Happy happy Wednesday everyone! Maggie here with a little Christmas card inspiration!
Let me start off by saying that I would not consider myself a card-maker. They just aren’t my thing when it comes to papercrafting.
Which is why I surprised myself when I was looking through my ‘Tis the Season items and started seeing some pieces I thought would look darling on cards!
I pulled out some 5×7 card bases and just started putting some pieces together and here’s what I came up with. As you’ll see, I kept things very simple…adding just a few fussy-cut designs or stickers to each card.
This little tree & presents was created by simply cutting out a few triangles and squares and adhering them to my card…a few little bows and done! I kinda love it.
The ‘Tis the Season Puffy Stickers are the focus here. A little tag from the Bits & Pieces pack complete the card.
I fussy-cut this little wreath from a 3×4 journaling card and added a bit of baker’s twine…a little staple to the top of the twine, and a typewritten message on that cute little label make the perfect simple card!
The little station wagon with the tree on top is one of my very favorite Christmas icons…so, of course I had to add it to a card! Both of these designs were fussy-cut from journaling cards found in the collection.
Those darling puffy stickers make another appearance on this little card. I just love the dimension they add!
After my cards were made, I grabbed my Envelope Punch Board and got to work creating some envelopes using some of my favorite ‘Tis the Season patterned papers.
Aren’t they just the cutest? And I think they really make my cards just look perfect…
I think these will be just perfect for the kids teachers and pastors! And I love that I was able to create all of them in just under an hour!
Thanks so much for taking a look! And Merry Christmas!
