Good Morning, everyone! This is Melissa here with you today and I’m sharing a layout made with various Elle’s Studio collections and the brand new Travelogue release from this month!
Products used: Cienna Paper Collection, Thankful Paper Collection, Shine Paper Collection, Love You More Paper Collection, Travelogue Stamp, Travelogue Journaling Tags, and Travelogue Labels.
I don’t know if you are like me, but I can never throw away the strips of paper on the bottom of 12×12 papers. I will save them up and try my best to use them somehow. Well, for this layout, I sketched out a large star on my white card stock and then used various strips to create the outline of the star. I stitched this all down with my sewing machine.
After this was done, I splashed some Mr. Huey mists on my layout and then used the new Travelogue stamp set with gray ink and stamped around the outline of my star using the stamp “Notes from this day”. Once this was done, I layered my two pictures and 3×4 journaling tag that I typed my journaling on off to the middle right of the layout. My title was cut out using my Silhouette Cameo and I stitched it down on the top horizontal line of my star. Lastly, I tucked in some of the Travelogue labels around my layout and sprinkled a few of the gold chipboard stars on the white card stock where I had dropped the mist.
