Swimming is a huge part of our Summer (and still on the weekends now that the kids are back in school).
We are fortunate to have a swimming pool in our backyard, so you can bet we spend countless hours around the pool each summer.
I snapped the enlarged photo of my daughter floating in the pool this summer and thought it was perfect example of how we love our pool! I decided to do a small layout in my summer album showing how much we love to swim.
I used the colors of the noodles in the pool as my inspiration for this spread (yellow, orange and blue). I grabbed my August 2015 Kit and the Weekend Printables to put together this spread. I added some color pencil to fill in the HOT, the heart in the stamp, and to outline the circle (to give it a pop). I couldn’t resist using the Acrylic Stars— especially since it perfectly matched the star on my daughter’s bathing suit!
By using just a few supplied I pulled together this spread in no time at all!
