Hello there! It’s Meghann with you today, to share a new layout using the “Let’s Eat” collection. We all have to eat, so why not document those special, as well as everyday meals? This beautiful collection is perfect for getting those in your album, in a fun, bright way!

My daughter recently had her first popsicle, and that was definitely something to document! I laid out my layout on the B-side of the ‘Five Stars’ paper, using the diagonal lines to put all of the focus on my photo with stamped lines of popsicles from the ‘So Sweet’ stamp.
My journaling was added on a journaling card from the “Let’s Eat” bits & pieces, and I added the ‘Yummy Yummy Details’ header with grey ink. The stamps just may be my favorite part- there are so many great phrase and element stamps in this collection!
I love grouping different embellishments together to create titles & sub-titles. To create this little grouping, I added ‘was’ with the light pink letter stickers to the ‘this’ tag from the “Let’s Eat” word labels. I then added the ‘the best’ sticker from the “Let’s Eat” stickers. I also used stamps as embellishment, like this black heart from the “We Ate Here” stamp.
I love using a mix of two different fonts for my title, so after I added ‘popsicle’ in chipboard letters, I looked for a script alpha in my stash to add the word ‘love.’ I realized that the Cienna collection included a vellum sheet of different words and phrases, so I cut ‘love’ out from that and added it below the row of popsicles on my layout. Adding this script word was the perfect way to soften the title and make it a bit more playful.
