Today I am sharing how I documented Easter using pocket style pages!
One thing that I love about this method of scrapbooking is that even if I am a little bit behind I can jump ahead, document something that is most current, and go back and fill in the gaps later. I find I am most inspired by recent photos, stories, and events. Sometimes that is just the inspiration I need to go back and get caught up as well.
This spread focuses on this past Easter Sunday. I used the Elle’s Studio March 2015 Kit and pieces from the Cienna Collection (which are perfect colors for an Easter or Spring themed spread!).
We did not visit the Easter Bunny on Easter Sunday, but rather, a few weeks prior. I decided to include the story and photo on this spread instead of including it on the actual week it happened. I am trying to allow myself to not be so limited to chronological and date-focused documenting. And I love the result of all Easter and Easter related photos are all on one page.
