Capture Life – Currents
I love to randomly include “current” lists in my album. Because it’s all about the Right Here – Right Now. Today we’re going to take just a bit of a twist to the list idea.
Grab a piece of fabric or just your kitchen table and create a visual “favorites” collage using those actual items!
Our oldest son chose:
hunting (yep that’s him in the newspaper article), trapping, playing outdoors in the cool air, playing Legos, and playing cards with his brother.
Our youngest son chose:
Duck Dynasty, Hunting, Trapping, Legos, and cutting wood with his daddy.
Ella and I took a walk around her room and came up with these favorites:
Hello Kitty, Sponge Bob, her new Fall book, her new mittens, and her play food that she had set up for a tea party.
This is such a simple idea, yet something we’ll look back on and be thankful we have these small mementos. I’m sure I’m not the only child of the 80s that doesn’t see a photo of Rainbow Brite or Cabbage Patch dolls and isn’t immediately back to my younger days; right?
Now, let’s get those photos on a page and our memories recorded!
I created a page using a fun combination of collections: November and September Tag Kits, 2014 Calendar collection, Penelope, Noel, and the Saltwater Summer Happiness Stamps.
I hope you are inspired to capture your current favorites today!
