Today’s sketch is inspired by Valerie’s cousins layout. I like the slanted picture and how she added splashes of color (literally!) and embellies.
And here’s Kay fabulous take on the sketch.
I love Valerie’s work, and always find so much inspiration! I changed this layout to a 12×12 layout, and replicated the photo and card being on an angle. I loved the wrapping across the page, and how it gave the page unity. I decided for this size to only wrap the photo. Maybe someday I’ll get brave enough to add the ink splatters! – Kay
