Project Life

This week’s Project Life covers the week of October 22-28 in my Project Life album.

I like to view my Project Life album as a combination of photos, words, and bits and pieces of our everyday lives.

There are definite times and seasons where my album will display “more photos”, or will have “more words”.  I am always trying to find that balance of all three (words, photos, bits and pieces) that works best for me.

This particular week I decided to revisit adding “bits and pieces” into my album.  Generally I add something each week, but this week I tried to think of various ideas that might display the items we like / or items found in our house right now.

A few things I include this week was a clothing tag I really liked (left page), a post-it note I found with a drawing on it (in my case it was a photo of the post it:), a card that came home in my daughter’s back pack, packaging from a new favorite toy, and a coaster from when we went out to eat.
If you have a week where there is not much to document (or if you don’t have many photos), find items from your home to include.  These items offer a wonderful glimpse as to what our lives are like today!
