Supplies: Elle’s Studio Birthday Cut Out and Lollipop tags, October Afternoon patterned paper, Making Memories flowers, Crepe streamer roll is from a dollar store (found in the party section), buttons from my stash.
She applied adhesive to the back of patterned paper and then “pleated” the crepe paper. The birthday tag is adhered with foam adhesive for dimension.
