Today’s post features a fun layout by Michelle Wedertz! We are loving her use of color here! Here’s what Michelle has to say:

Holiday projects are a favorite of mine. The festive scrapbooking papers and embellishments, along with a hot cup of cocoa, make for a super good time and they always push my creativity. For today’s layout, I knew I wanted a bright and bold background, something that would go well with the Joyful Collection as well as proved a great backdrop for the Merry and Bright acrylic piece.

I went bright with a fun and very merry red background! Definitely a change from my usual choice of a neutral background, but a very accurate reflection of the holiday cheer that I am currently feeling. I kept the page super festive by cutting out circles in three sizes from the fun patterned papers from Joyful and accenting with a few embellishments from my own supplies.
