This week we had a field trip, a doctor’s check up, a conference, a dance recital, the 100th day of school, and a much needed girls night out. It was busy!
Elle’s Studio Number It stamps are fabulous for documenting the date– or making numbered lists.
I added an insert of 4×6 pockets to this week’s spread. On the front side I added some info to my son’s 7 year check up. I also took a photo of him with his pediatrician. This doctor used to be my pediatrician so I enjoyed taking the time to document this fact and our appreciation of him.
On the backside of the 4×6 I included an insert about a conference my husband volunteers at every year since college.
There is a blank card in the insert is patterned paper from Day to Day collection. I reserved this space for my husband’s journaling. I almost journaled this card myself yesterday (just to “have it done”), but decided I would rather have his handwriting and perspective of the weekend.
The right side of the spread contains photos from the weekend’s Dance Recital and some ephemera from the 100th day of school. I used the See/Hear/Taste/Touch/Smell prompts card from the Seafoam Project Life kit. At the top of the card I stamped the “Documented” sentiment from Elle’s Studio Daily Details Stamp (best stamp set ever for Project Life).
